To ensure our Customer First program is successful, we allow our customers to give us feedback on how to improve.
- Customer feedback cards will be available on-line via our web site.
- Customer feedback cards will also be made available with all delivered surveys.
A Customer Service Team (CST) will evaluate service; delivery and customer feed back to access and implement all necessary improvements.
